Encourage international collaboration and bring together researchers and animal professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds for the development of research and conservation projects to impact our science-based understanding of animals. By collecting helpful information, we can continuously improve animal management methods and help protecting the species in their natural habitat through action plans ex situ and in situ, communication and education.

I believe that the animals under human care can participate in the development of our knowledge in different domains of expertise and can also help protecting species.

Conditions:
There are different ways to integrate the animals into these projects, knowing that their integrity is always respected. 
If the collaboration of the animals is required to meet the goals of the research and/or conservation project: Assessment of interactions between keepers and animals. Possible coaching for positive reinforcement training if needed.

I am seeking to develop projects involved in animal behaviour. We need to constantly develop our global understanding of the species and the threats they may face to be able to protect them.


Conditions:
There are different ways to integrate the animals into these projects, knowing that their integrity is always respected.
Research and conservation projects will use non-invasive methods.
